FINAL AUTHOR & PRESENTER INSTRUCTIONS

Please note that BOTH an Author of an accepted Formal Paper AND a Presenter of an accepted Presentation (without Formal Paper) MUST register for and attend the symposium AND present the work for it to be published in the proceedings. It is conference policy that an author or presenter must register at the full IEEE Member or Non-Member rate in order to meet this requirement. If the only author registering to cover the author and presenter requirement is a student, he has to pay the appropriate IEEE Member or Non-Member fee.

One registration will cover the expenses of only ONE accepted presentation or formal paper. In the case no registration has been received and correctly processed to cover the paper publication, the conference organizers will contact the authors before the paper is removed from the proceedings.

Works that do not meet these requirements will not be presented at the symposium and Formal Papers will not be published in IEEE Xplore. No exceptions. Cooperation from all involved in the 2018 GHTC will allow for the volunteer Technical Program Committee members and volunteer Peer Reviewers to assemble the best technical program possible. Thank you in advance!

FINAL AUTHOR INSTRUCTIONS FOR FORMAL PAPERS

The Conference Proceedings will be included in the IEEE Interactive Electronic Library (IEL) and submitted for inclusion in IEEE Xplore. All authors who have been accepted must register for the conference and attend the conference to present their paper. Authors who do not attend the conference to present their papers, or arrange for a co-author or knowledgeable colleague to present their paper in the absence of the primary author, will not have their paper published in the IEEE IEL and IEEE Xplore, per latest IEEE policy.
