Author & Presenter Registration Requirements
Please note that an Author of an accepted Paper and poster must register, attend, and present the work at GHTC 2018 in order for the work to be published in the proceedings. It is conference policy that an author or presenter must register at the full IEEE Member or Non-Member rate in order to meet this requirement. If the only author registering to cover the author and presenter requirement is a student, he or she has to pay the appropriate IEEE Member or Non-Member fee.
One registration will cover the expenses of only ONE accepted presentation or formal paper. In the case no registration has been received and correctly processed to cover the paper publication, the conference organizers will contact the authors before the paper is removed from the proceedings.
Cooperation from all involved in the 2018 GHTC will allow for the volunteer Technical Program Committee members and volunteer Peer Reviewers to assemble the best technical program possible. Thank you in advance.
Bank Transfers
If you need to register via bank transfer, please complete this registration form and send to Shelby Durden, GHTC 2018 Manager. Bank transfers are non-refundable. You must register at least 3 weeks in advance for a bank transfer.
